For most Items

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. For most returns, there will be an additional $ 15.95 USD deduction from the refund, for label usage.

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 In general, you is responsible for the shipping cost of the return. 

 

*For Fragrances

All orders can be returned up to 30 days after the ship date for a full refund minus shipping and gift wrap charges. You can expect a refund within one billing cycle of us receiving your returned product. Within the US and UK we can provide a return label. There will be an additional $ 5.95 USD deduction from the refund, for label usage.

Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned, and refused packages unless we made an error.

Also, we understand customers must open items before determining if they like it. As long as the item is not used in excess, you will get a full refund for it. If not, you will be subject to a partial refund.

In order to return merchandise, you must obtain an RMA number from our customer service department.

You may return any unopened merchandise (except Skincare, Haircare, and Makeup items) in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping and any gift wrapping charges.

Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.

Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Skincare, Haircare, or Makeup items due to health reasons.

We require the following information to process your return. (If this information is not included, we will be unable to process your return.)

  • RMA number
  • Full name and address
  • Phone number
  • E-mail address
  • Packing slip
  • Original Order Confirmation Number
  • Your reason for returning the merchandise.

**Please allow up to 14 business days to process your return or exchange.

 

Damages and issues 


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 


Certain types of items cannot be returned, like premium clothing collections, perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges 


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds 


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Our Suppliers  follow a 30-day return policy for undamaged / unworn goods. This means the item must be returned to the supplier within 30 days of the time it is received by the end customer.

When a customer requests a return, a customer can return the item directly back to the supplier's address included in the label packaging (suggested, due to speed).

If the customer wants to return the order for a change of mind or because the customer chose the wrong size/product, he/she will be charged for the return shipment. If he/she wants to return the order because we have sent the wrong size/product or because the product is damaged, we will pay for the return shipment and no restocking fee will be charged.

 

Luxury Collection I

 

We do accept returns within 14 days of delivery. If the customer wants to return the order for a change of mind or because the customer chose the wrong size/product, he/she will be charged for the return shipment. If he/she wants to return the order because we have sent the wrong size/product or because the product is damaged, we will pay for the return shipment and no restocking fee will be charged.

 

Luxury Collection II

The Customer can request a return within 20 days of receiving the order for the following reasons: if he/she dislikes the product; if the product is too big/small, damaged, does not correspond to the product ordered, or if it is not actually in the package or otherwise.

Genuine Authentic Brand reserves the right to not reimburse in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged or the original packaging (shoebox, sunglasses case, dust-proof bag) is missing or damaged.
  • Return code and/or order number are missing
  • Unauthorized or after return deadline

The shipping, return costs and customs duties are to be paid by the User unless otherwise instructed.

Also, in the case of flawed or non-compliant products, a return request must be made as indicated above. The damage must be described in detail and photos must be attached demonstrating its extent within and no later than 30 days from receipt of the order. Please send all details at [email protected] 

The refund is provided to the Customer's bank account within a maximum of 10 working days from receipt of the product.

Warranties

1. PRODUCT EXCELLENCE GUARANTEE:

Every product you buy from us must be free of defects or you may return it immediately for credit or replacement.

  • All Genuine Authentic Brand Jewelry items are covered by a 3-month manufacturer’s warranty, which covers defective parts experienced under normal wear and the labor required to repair them. We cannot warranty any stones that we did not furnish.
  • Our warranty is valid only at Genuine Authentic Brand. Improper repair or warranty service performed by someone other than Richard Cannon Jewelry will void this warranty.
  • All jewelry at Genuine Authentic Brand is genuine, authentic, and of consistently high quality and value.
  • Genuine Authentic Brand disclaims any liability for consequential or accidental damages for breach of written or implied warranty of this item, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you also have other rights, which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation will not apply to you.
  • Our warranty is valid only in the USA.

2. RING SIZING:

  • Genuine Authentic Brand Jewelry will gladly re-size a ring purchased from us for up to 1 month for a nominal fee.
  • You will be responsible for shipping charges when sending an item to us for re-sizing.
  • Re-sizing will take approximately 2-7 business days.
  • Eternity Ring cannot be re-sized. Eternity rings incorrectly ordered with the wrong size do not fall under warranty. If you decide to return an eternity ring that does not fit a 30% restocking fee will be applied.

3. STONE REPLACEMENT:

  • We will replace a missing diamond or gemstone on certain jewelry for up to 3 months after purchase, FREE of charge. This warranty excludes any jewelry merchandise that has lost a single diamond or gemstone with a total weight of 0.12 carat or larger.

4. JEWELRY NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY:

  • Please be aware that our 3-month warranty only covers the manufacturer’s defects. It does not cover the following:
    • General wear and tears such as scratches, dents, nicks, or missing stones.
    • Although our jewelry is resistant to moisture, water damage is not covered.
    • Fading/chipping of the material on the product (which depends almost entirely on how you handle the product).
    • Lost or stolen parts.
    • Damage due to personal misuse or negligence.
    • Damage, accidental or otherwise, to the item while in the possession of the consumer not caused by a defect in material or workmanship.

5. FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN BELOW CAREFULLY TO SEND YOUR ITEM TO BE REPAIRED:

  • You must email [email protected] and notify us that you will be shipping your merchandise. You must include your name, company name, order number item number with the word “Warranty” in the subject of the email. Please provide a detailed explanation of what is wrong with the jewelry you are sending back.
  • Make no reference to the word jewelry or the contents that you are sending on the outside of the box.
  • You must include a copy of the original invoice along with the item you wish to have repaired.
  • All packages must be sent to the following address:

  • Ensure your package for the value of the contents. You are liable if you fail to insure the package you are returning, exchanging, or repairing in the event it becomes lost or damaged. Insurance costs involved in the prevention of loss and damage are very minimal. Ensure your item for the total amount you paid when you purchased the item.
  • You are responsible for shipping charges on returns, exchanges, and repairs.
  • Use only shipping carriers which provide a tracking receipt and insurance against the package.

Return Policy

If for any reason you wish to return your merchandise, we will refund, replace, or exchange any item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date.

TO RETURN AN ITEM:

  1. Place a copy of your invoice in along with the item(s) you are returning.
  2. For your protection, we advise that you insure the package for the full amount of the items you are returning plus shipping charges. Richard Cannon Jewelry is not responsible for items lost or damaged while en route back to us.
  3. On your original invoice, if the price of the item you are returning is listed as:
    • Less than $500:
      You can use any carrier to ship your return package.
    • More than $500:
      Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail (FedEx® and UPS® will not insure merchandise over $500).

Make sure to keep your return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached Richard Cannon Jewelry. All return shipping charges must be prepaid by the customer.

  • Loose diamonds carry a 3-day return policy from the delivery date.
  • All returned items must be unworn and undamaged in the original boxes along with the original certificates where applicable. There should be no scratches or marks on the item and no sign of wear; are received that have been worn, damaged, or altered will not be refundable.
  • All return shipping charges must be prepaid by the customer. We cannot accept COD deliveries.
  • All ORIGINAL diamond certificates (where applicable) and a copy of the original invoice must be included with the package in order for a full refund to be issued. Any package missing the original certificate(s) will be charged a fee of $200.00 per original certificate with no exceptions.
  • Richard Cannon Jewelry is not responsible for any packages it does not receive or returns not submitted in accordance with these guidelines.
  • Payments received by credit card will be refunded the same way. Payments received by bank wire will be refunded by company check. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing after a return is received.
  • Special orders, such as custom mountings or jewelry pieces that were requested but are not specifically shown on our website, are non-cancelable and non-refundable items.
  • We have attempted to recreate the appearance of our jewelry on our website as close to reality as possible. Keep in mind that different computer monitors may show variations of product colors and details.
